How do I book an appointment?
Fill in our valuation form to discover how much you can get for your car. Then we will get in touch to arrange an appointment.
What do I need to sell a car?
When attending your appointment, you should bring your V5C logbook, the car's full service history and both sets of keys. We will also require proof of identification to prove you have the right to sell the car. Lastly, we will need your bank details so you can receive payment.
How long does it take to sell a car?
Our valuation form only takes 10 minutes to fill in. From there, we will book your appointment at our earliest availability and can complete the purchase on the same day.
Can you come and collect my car?
Unfortunately, we are unable to come and collect cars. Cars will need to be driven or transported to our showroom in Rushden, Northamptonshire.
How long will my appointment take?
Your appointment should take less than half an hour.
Do I have to pay a transaction fee?
We do charge a transaction fee, and the price depends on the value of the vehicle.
What if my car is damaged?
We can buy your car if it is damaged or in poor condition. We recommend declaring the extent of the damage during your valuation to get an accurate estimation of the price.
Will you buy vans or motorhomes?
Yes, we can buy your van, campervan, or motorhome.
When will I be paid for my car?
We will pay you through a bank transfer as soon as the sale is complete. It may take up to four working days for the money to appear in your account.
Can I sell a car on behalf of someone else?
Yes, you can sell a car on behalf of a friend, family member, or business. However, we will require extra documentation to ensure you are authorised to sell the vehicle.
Do you buy cars registered outside the British Mainland?
Unfortunately, we can only purchase vehicles registered in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
